  • Registration paid by 5 pm Saturday February 28, 2026 by members is eligible for early bird discount: members get 25% off and non-members get 20% off

  • All discounts exclude membership fees. Cost for a Junior Membership is $30/yr + GST

  • Payment is refundable before Feb 28, 2026, subject to a $50 administration fee per registrant

  • No refund after Feb 28, 2026

  • Unused payment deducted by $50 administration fee can be transferred to club credit valid until 6 months after the original payment date.

  • ​No refund or credit after the first lesson starts.

  • Doors open at 8:30 am.  Our coaches will dismiss students for lunch break at 12 pm.  Please return promptly by 1 pm.

  • Students are also welcome to remain on site to eat and study, at their parents’ discretion, during the lunch hour and again after class dismissal until they can be picked-up. (Please label your packed lunches if they require refrigeration).
