It is required to have a membership to join our junior group lessons ($30/yr+GST)

• Once a student is registered into their class, you do not need to re-register every billing cycle. Classes run continuously on the same weekly schedule every month.  The most current billing period is listed on this page for reference.

• Shuttlecock costs are included in the class price
 
• Payment must be made in FULL for all classes prior to participation, per billing period
 
• No refund, credit or transfers for student’s own absence

• Ladder & fitness are bundled in to the cost of the Elite Training packages and are not eligible for any credit or refund

• Maximum of 2 make up classes (regardless of reason) may be requested per billing period, and must be used within that same period, is non-transferable to others, and cannot be rolled over to another period. To be eligible for a make-up class, email notification to info@bactivebadminton.com must be received at front desk in ADVANCE of the absence. Make-up space is subject to availability, so must be confirmed at the front desk in ADVANCE of the requested class to ensure the student is added to the class list.  Management reserves the right to continue or discontinue offering the privilege of make-up classes based on request patterns.
 
• Full club use policies, including absences and cancellations, are available at the front desk and outlined on lesson invoices / receipts . Management reserves the right to update club policies without notice, if required. In the event of a discrepancy, management will make the final ruling.

AN ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL LEVELS, EXCEPT BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

JUNIOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP IS $30 before taxes, effective for one year from the date you sign up
